Aim of the Project

Situation:

• A comprehensive collection of speech coders is available at the Institute for Circuits and Systems.
   
• The handling and demonstration of these speech coders is difficult for inexperienced users due to
  - "cryptic" commands for control of coders
  - non-consistent file formats and coder handling

Aims:

• Presentation of features and quality of each speech coder in an interactive and easy-to-use way.
   
• Sharing the knowledge about our speech coders with people worldwide.
